Following a fire event, Alliance was tasked to clean and remove ACM and impacted debris at a Forestry Department site in Butte County. We started with a site walk and plan that sequenced equipment access, laydown, and debris routes to avoid cross-contamination. Crews installed hot-zone controls with decon and negative air where needed, posted regulated area signage, and maintained daily housekeeping outside the work zone. Inside the zone, technicians used wet methods and manual removal to capture ACM while heavy equipment handled non-ACM fire debris under spotter direction. All ACM was double-bagged or wrapped, labeled, and staged in a covered area for transport to an approved facility. Our team kept daily logs, photographs, and chain-of-custody documents and coordinated air monitoring and visual clearance steps per specification.
Controlled hot-zone, careful segregation of ACM from general debris, and audit-ready documentation kept the project safe and on schedule.

Alliance implemented a phased plan that kept equipment routes clean and the hot-zone fully controlled. We installed decon, negative air where required, and posted regulated area signage. Crews performed wet-method ACM removal, then packaged, labeled, and staged waste for transport. Non-ACM debris was loaded separately to prevent cross-contamination. We coordinated disposal with full manifests and provided a complete photo and document package at closeout. The site passed visual and clearance steps, and the area was returned to the owner on the agreed schedule.
